SUMMARY:

The Email Marketing Manager role is to assist the Growth Team with marketing strategies and implementation across various platforms, with a major focus on Klaviyo. Responsible for driving growth, customer acquisition, and general promotion in the digital space to improve sales and conversions.

OVERVIEW:

  • Email Marketing Strategy

  • Marketing Calender Buildout

  • Email Design (not necessary, but a plus)

  • Schedule posts centered around marketing calendar and inventory goals

  • Email Marketing for multiple brands.

  • Create email flows for multiple accounts/brands under the parent brand.

  • Conceptualize and optimize strategies

  • Includes segmenting, managing list health + growth, creating and deploying campaigns

  • Refresh creative content

  • Analyze trends in reports across all platforms to make informed decisions


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and Update Digital Marketing Calendar 

  • Coordinate weekly digital marketing traffic meetings and update calendar with new promos, events. 

  • Create Digital Assets Content Requests (Sketch, Figma, GDrive, Creative Suite)

  • Email Coordination

  • Create email campaigns, send test for approval and schedule

  • Review and manage all email automation campaigns 

  • Copywriting

  • Email Copy

  • Website - Product Descriptions 

  • Social Posts


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • 2-3+ years of digital marketing, specifically in e-commerce

  • Graphic design + creative eye

  • Experience with Klaviyo

  • Creative copywriting + professional written and verbal communication

  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively

  • Extremely detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills

  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Consistently produce Innovative ideas

  • Solution-driven problem solver

  • Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams and other team members

  • Efficiently execute on timelines and provide timely solutions

  • Good sense of judgment

  • Quick learner

  • Works well under pressure
